Your privacy
When you ask us to call you back, you’re trusting us with something personal. Here, in plain English, is exactly what that means — what we hold, why, and for how long. No jargon, no small print.
We’re ScatterMe Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 07359381). We’re the people responsible for the information you share with us — in the formal phrase, the “data controller”.
The callback form asks for your name, your phone number, the best time to reach you, and who the arrangement is for. That’s all. We use these details for one thing only: to call you back and talk things through. We don’t sell them, and we don’t pass them to anyone who isn’t helping us arrange your call.
If you arrived here by clicking one of our adverts, the web address you came in on may carry a short reference code and a label or two telling us which advert it was. We keep those alongside your enquiry, simply so we know which advert led us to speak — nothing more. They tell us about the advert, not about you.
We use a small number of cookies to understand how people find their way to us. When you first arrive, a banner lets you accept or decline them — the choice is yours, and declining changes nothing about how the site or the form works for you.
We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to follow up with you, and then we delete it. If you have a question, or you’d like us to remove your details, just call us free on 0800 772 0670 and we’ll sort it out.
